The Company conducts a wide range of research and development in our core business of foamed plastic and high-function materials, from basic research to production management technology.
Specifically, at the Central R&D Laboratory, we engage ourselves in R& of new technology and new materials, as well as basic research concerning company-wide technology development. In addition, each business division develops new products and new items in its own field, as well as enhancing product quality and innovating production technology.
At the Central R&D Laboratory, we fuse our own technologies that we have accumulated over years, such as polymerization, impregnation, extrusion forming, foam forming, among others, with new technologies and new processes. The laboratory fulfills its role of creating new products for growing markets such as information technology, nano technology, and the environment.
