Heatcell Core (Automobile Headliner Material)
Foam of modified polyphenylene oxide (PPO®)
This is a raw material for automobile parts that require heat resistance and dimensional stability.
Heatcell is used as a material for automobile interiors and as a headliner material. It is a foam of modified polyphenylene oxide (PPO®), an engineering plastic. It has excellent heat resistance and can withstand temperatures as high as 110degrees. Minimal shrinkage due to age or heat provides excellent dimensional stability.
